zh88 Terms & Conditions — User Agreement for Pakistan's Premier Gaming Platform

01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them below. These definitions apply throughout the document unless context clearly requires otherwise.

• "zh88", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the zh88 platform operated at zh88.blog and its underlying operating entity.
• "Platform" refers to the zh88 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications or interfaces through which services are delivered.
• "User", "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the zh88 Platform.
• "Account" means the individual user account created upon registration on zh88.
• "Services" means all gambling, gaming, betting, casino, promotional, and ancillary services offered through the Platform.
• "Funds" means any Pakistani Rupee (PKR) amounts deposited into or held within a zh88 account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or reward offered by zh88 subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by zh88 prior to processing withdrawals.

02 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the entire agreement between you and zh88 in relation to your use of the Platform. By registering an account or using any zh88 Service, you represent that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
2. You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
3. You meet all eligibility requirements specified in Section 3;
4. You agree to be bound by these Terms and any supplementary rules zh88 publishes for specific products.

03 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of zh88 Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold zh88 accounts.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration including your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of zh88 or any of its partner companies.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme with zh88 or any responsible gaming authority at the time of registration or during your use of the Platform.

04 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one zh88 account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. zh88 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held within them without notice.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zh88 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. zh88 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account using valid credentials will be treated as authorised activity, regardless of whether it was performed by you personally.

4.3 Account Information Accuracy

You must keep all account information current and accurate at all times. This includes your registered email address, mobile phone number, and payment method details. zh88 will use your registered contact details for all account-related communications, including security alerts and withdrawal confirmations. Outdated contact information may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.

05 Deposits, Withdrawals & Funds

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

zh88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zh88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply charges at their discretion.

5.2 Minimum Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit: Rs 300 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are communicated within your account dashboard.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) KYC verification must be completed prior to the first withdrawal; (b) all applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn; (c) withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been used for deposits or are in your verified name. zh88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.4 Processing Timeframes

JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within one to three business days subject to the receiving bank's internal clearing schedules. Processing times during public holidays in Pakistan may be extended.

06 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

zh88 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specifically overridden by the terms of a particular offer:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible player unless the bonus terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover requirements) which must be completed before withdrawal is permitted.
• Standard wagering requirements are stated within each individual bonus offer. They typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• zh88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play. Any pattern of bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional terms, will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

07 Betting, Gaming & Sports Rules

All sports betting, casino gaming, and other wagering activity on zh88 is subject to product-specific rules which are published within the relevant section of the Platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. zh88 does not accept requests to cancel, void, or reverse confirmed wagers except where specifically permitted by product rules (e.g., cash-out features on eligible sports markets).
• Odds and game outcomes are determined at the time of the bet or game action. Errors in displayed odds are subject to correction and bets placed on materially incorrect odds may be voided at zh88's discretion.
• zh88 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets under exceptional circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, clear technical errors, or evidence of market manipulation.
• In-play betting markets are governed by the real-time events of the relevant match or competition. Bets placed after the outcome of a specific in-play event has been determined will be void.
• Casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently audited. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published within the game information panels.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on zh88. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or sports market to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripting to access or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs to extract value from the Platform. Any winnings resulting from known bugs must be reported and will be reversed.
• Engaging in money laundering, placement of funds derived from illegal activity, or any other financial crime through the zh88 Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Using the Platform in connection with any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

09 Responsible Gaming

zh88 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming for all players. We provide the following responsible gaming tools accessible within your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts and automatic logouts based on active session duration.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts over defined periods.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from zh88. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the stated duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during active gaming sessions reminding you of elapsed time and wagering activity.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the zh88 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, data feeds, odds compilations, and design elements — is the intellectual property of zh88 or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any zh88 intellectual property without express prior written consent from zh88.

11 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The zh88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. zh88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zh88's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the thirty-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

zh88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if zh88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

zh88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Instructions received from a regulatory authority, law enforcement, or payment processor.
• A player's account becoming inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within 14 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your zh88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Players who close an account for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to request self-exclusion rather than simple closure to ensure protection is maintained.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which zh88 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the zh88 Platform, you agree to first contact zh88's support team to seek an informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
